The cement vertical roller mill is a grinding equipment that integrates fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection and conveying. Cement vertical roller mill working principle:
After being extruded, the material entering the mill falls to the nozzle ring under the action of centrifugal force, which is blown away by the high-speed wind. The heavy metal ore will settle under the nozzle ring and discharge the fine powder to the upper part of the vertical mill. After separation by the separator, the finished product will be collected with the gas into the dust collector, and the coarse powder will be recycled back to the coarse powder and the coarse particles will be thrown up with the decrease of wind speed. So that it loses its support and settles on the disk surface. It enters the grinding track by centrifugal force for a new cycle. In multiple cycles, heat transfer between particles and gas makes water evaporate.
Cement vertical roller mill use precautions:
1. After a long period of work, the mill is prone to dirt and needs to be cleaned. In the process of cleaning, it is not possible to use high-pressure and high-temperature water guns to wash, especially the electrical parts, but it can not be washed with water to avoid the burning of electrical appliances. .
2. For the selection of fuel oil, attention should be paid to the nature of fuel oil. The commonly used fuel oil is diesel oil, but it should be noted that diesel oil with ice point higher than or equal to the ambient temperature should not be used. Generally, diesel oil with temperature lower than 5 ℃ should be selected.
3. During the operation of the cement vertical roller mill, the components have different temperatures depending on the work content. There is a cooling system in the equipment. When cleaning, be careful not to precipitate the mud in the water tank in the cooling system. It should be removed in time, and the water temperature of the water tank should not be too high or too low,antifreeze should be added to the water tank.
